1. Services

Vision Computing provides custom PC builds, upgrades, diagnostics, and related services. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once a deposit is received. Full payment is required before collection or dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments if components become unavailable or pricing errors occur.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every build, Vision Computing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services in question, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text and images, is the property of Vision Computing and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Warranty & Returns

Our systems include manufacturer warranties on all parts. Please see our Warranty and Refunds Policy pages for full details about your rights to repairs or replacements.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continuing to use our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
