Dispatch & Delivery Policy

We are based in Brisbane and offer local pickup by appointment. Once your system is ready, we will arrange a convenient time for collection.

If you live elsewhere in Australia, we can ship your custom PC using sturdy packaging and transit insurance. Shipping costs depend on your location and build size.

Most orders dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment clears. We will send tracking details as soon as your system leaves our workshop.
