Refunds Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Change of Mind

Custom PC builds are made to order and generally cannot be returned due to change of mind. We will work with you to resolve any concerns or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

2. Faulty Goods

If a component is faulty, we will repair or replace it in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please retain your invoice and contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue.

3. Services

Payments for diagnostic or labour services are non-refundable once the work has been completed. If you cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice, any deposit will be refunded in full.
